Cul-de-sac beautification! The Executive Board has approved funds to be used by Dover Bay
residents for planting and otherwise improving your cul-de-sac or nearest Dover Bay entrance.
St James Court and Castle Combe court cut-de-sacs have already have a lot of new plantings
and improvements added. These are undertaken and maintained by residents adjacent to
these sites. Any other residents interested in more information or assistance with ideas and
planning their own cul-de-sac, please contact any member of the Landscape Committee or
jamesderickson@gmail.com.

Basketball Hoop— The Landscape Committee is investigating the installation of a professional
quality basketball hoop in the current sports complex/courts. We are seeking feedback from
current Dover Bay residents about this project as we develop our recommendations. Please
discuss on doverbaycommunity.com discussion board or email jamesderickson@gmail.com to
discuss opinions or concerns.

Boats: The Salow Lake park must be cleared of all boats by December 1, 2023 through April 1,
2024. This is a seasonal requirement in order to review the safety of and perform maintenance
on the boat launch beach/ area. Many of the current watercraft are derelict and in poor
condition. Many also seem to be abandoned. If you need assistance with removal of your
boat OR need help with disposal/elimination options, please reach out the Landscape
